Aaaand, after this vacation time (and believe me, I was needing it), it´s time to get back to production for the new year of 2024!

Studied some stuff in this meantime and I hope this get us into even better drawings for now on and, excited to see the results! Hope you guys are willing to take this journey with me! ;)

There isn´t much changes on how things work though, gonna paste the price table here for the major type of drawings people request and, needing anything, just hit me via notes or email to start the project, we can trade the initial sketches, get payment done and start right away! ^^

Again, happy to return to my daily job here and hope this bring us a whole bunch of cool projects to work with! ;)

Price table below and, any extra character for the scene is a $15 add, more than two can be discussed in the final price!

With the last "Patreon recap" pack posted here in the gallery, I´m gonna be off for festivities and be with my family for the new year, for getting back for commissions, I´m gonna be back in mid-January along with the release of the next patreon pack, so the ones that have projects, wait me till I get back and we can resume things up In this meantime, if someone wants to ask something else for the studios artists, just send me a message and we can get things going with another artist while I get back Have a great beginning of 2024 and here my wishes for a better year for everyone! :)

Aaaaand, I am finally back!

After a long break here on my side (it was needed with all the PC problems and even the extra time I needed to relief from such stress), I can finally say that I´m going back to start production for 2023!

As usual, I´m gonna keep this journal post upfront on my page cause it´s here that I also post my base price for commission projects, and, if you have the interest, just send me a message via notes with the idea description and references if you have those, and we can trade the first sketched ideas via email to make your project happen!

Without further ado, let´s start things up! Of course, the gallery will have its updates too whenever I can get an extra time here! ^^

Most of you got the info already via the last Patreon pack´s release but, yeah, it´s official, I´m finishing production here for 2022 for now and will take a break to recover for all that happened, also trying to fix my working computer too, cause yeah, it will be needed when I return! XD Of course, in this meantime, the InsaneDarkStudios will be kept open till I get back, so, commissioners that want to be covered in this time window, just send me a note or email and we can set things up with the other artists :) And for me, well, I already mentioned on the last post that 2022 wasn´t a good year here for me duo its many struggles that happened and that tested both my health, patience and resilience in many ways, but, also, by looking at the amount of works and even the quality that I could achieve in some pieces, I´m proud to see that I´ve managed to go trough and, why not, evolve a bit with all this... Of course, we don´t want to stop there and I plan to keep evolving and improving now at 2023 and, even being too soon to say that, I want to develop a new coloring style to get things better for everyone, since I still struggle a bit with this part in special. But for now, yeah, it´s gonna be time for the holidays, to see the family and friends and, I hope you all have the same good time there just as well, knowing that, yeah, 2022 might have been a year that gave a beating in many here duo many reasons, but, we are still here, developing, evolving, and trying our best to continue making what we love, which is the art and community, and, I hope I can manage to give bigger steps on this part for the next year, with the experience I had, and, of course, walking the journey, one step at a time! Thank you all once again for the amazing support, and, hope to see you all doing well now in 2023, wishing a better year for all of us! :)

Ok, the ones who follow me for quite a time here knows how much I try to avoid price raises and things like that in a yearly basis, trying to respect the long-time followers and supporters for the creation of their works.

But, this last month, I got a bunch of "comic page" projects to work with and, for the first time, since they got gathered in production, I noticed a problem with how they were structured.

With the price it was (about $100 as a basis for a page), I needed to work with those along the schedule the same manner as I plan things up with the normal commission drawings, organizing the projects and illustrations according to a time schedule to make everything work simultaneously as I always did, and get everything done both for the commissioners and for the patreon packs on time

But, when a lot of projects like these get to be done in a single batch, I just realized how much extra work they need to be done right, cause, the planning, amount of drawings, coloring and even backgrounds cares much more attention than the usual needed for doing regular drawings.

So, because of that, to make comic pages work nicely (with the right amount of quality and dedication needed), I truly needed to raise the price for its production, and, it will be the basis price for projects like this for now on...

For the ones that I´ve been trading emails lately and with current on-going projects, I will keep the price the same it was cause, it´s just the fair thing to do, since you guys couldn´t guess something like this would happen (it was a surprise for me also O-o), but, for now on, new comic-page projects will be handled with the base price of $140, as shown here on the fixed price table.

I know this might suck for some commissioner but yeah, I´m trying to balance things up for not only making it easier for working on projects like this (since I will have more time to manage on my working schedule) but also keep my quality going not only with these type of projects, but with the other drawings just as well, cause since I´m the only one responsible for all this, if I get small burnouts for one kind of project that is been appearing on the schedule quite often, this might get my whole production in danger with a decrease of quality, and, this is truly something that I´m NOT aiming for here! =/

Hope you guys understand the issue and, with that said, commissions will be kept open as normal, only plan to make a halt by December as normal here in the gallery!
